FAMILY PRACTICE PhysicianHospital is looking for a dynamic physician to join its provider-based FQHCs and become a part of our community and whole healthcare team. Our Physicians and Physician Assistants see a variety of patients from babies through geriatrics, including some nursing home patients. This is a traditional Family practice position. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.Our Clinics are very active and continuously seeks new patients, promotes services, and accepts ideas and suggestions to continue our growth. We are a well-diversified clinic with a full array of services including CLIA Laboratory; 340B pharmacy programs, federally funded sliding scale programs, and we have a professional and courteous staff of approximately 30 support individuals. Other healthcare services are immediately available at the hospital, such as 24-hour radiology, 24-hour lab, therapy, and other services. The clinics currently have the following: 2-Family Practice physicians, and 4-physician assistants/nurse practitioners. We are looking to add additional physicians to keep up with the growth and population demands by adding 1 physician now and 1 physician in the middle of 2019.
