Night Auditor/Security

SILVER CLOUD HOTEL – MUKILTEO WATERFRONT location is looking for a talented, passionate and team building hospitality professional to fill our Night Audit/Security position. As Mukilteo’s only waterfront hotel, we’re located adjacent to the Mukilteo – Clinton Ferry, and a short drive to Boeing’s Everett Factory. The hotel features 70 guest rooms and suites, equipped with a 55” HD television, refrigerator and microwave. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast to our guests. Founded in 1980, Silver Cloud Hotels offer guests superior customer service at our eight Signature Collection Hotels. POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the General Manager, the Night Audit/Security is responsible for front desk operations during the overnight shift, including providing exceptional guest service, check in and check out guests, prepare reports, and overall guest and hotel safety. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: EXPERIENCE: Experience in working Graveyard shifts preferred Experience working in Hotel Front Office/Security preferred EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent. o Excellent organizational skills o Ability to adapt to changing business demands, guest and team member needs o Ability to work during the Graveyard/Overnight shift o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor o Excellent communication skills o Results oriented with ability to work under pressure o Able to react/respond in a respectful and decisive manner COMPENSATION Starting wage is $20.00. Wage Range is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
