Kitchen Manager/Cook

The Loop Pizza Grill is looking for a Restaurant Manager for our Winston Salem location. We specialize in salads, burgers, pizza and shakes. We are seeking a self-motivated team member with strong beliefs in service, product quality, customer contact, and enhancing a positive work environment. Manager at The Loop Must be an experienced operator and great salesperson who can improve the overall guest experience both in store and off site. Must have food preparation experience and a strong ability to train and lead team members for both front and or back of the house Must lead by example and set a high standard in all areas including appearance, communication, and focus on quality. Must adhere to and enforce store policies Must have strong sense of urgency working in a hands on, food service environment Competitive pay based on background and experience.
