Our client is known for providing compassionate care in a close-knit, collaborative environment that puts patients and team members first.Job Description:We are hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support clinic operations during a medical leave. This is a 6-month contract to hire role focused on front-office administrative and clinical support. While this position is temporary, high-performing candidates may be considered for full-time hire should a vacancy arise.Key Responsibilities:Ensure smooth patient flow by managing scheduling and preparing exam roomsRecord vital signs and patient history accurately in the electronic health record (Epic)Guide patients through check-in and appointment prep processesAssist with administrative tasks such as FMLA forms, prior authorizations, and documentationCollaborate with other MAs and clinic staff to support daily operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environmentProvide professional, compassionate patient interaction under provider directionPerform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic ManagerQualifications:Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)2+ years of experience in a medical assistant roleHigh school diploma or GEDReliable job history with at least 6 months in recent rolesProficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsBilingual in SpanishExperience in outpatient or specialty care settingsAdditional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Start Date: ASAPAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
