Job Description JOB TITLE: Sales ConsultantREPORTS TO: Sales DirectorOBJECTIVE: Market, sell and close new homes. Actively seek new prospects. Manage loan process.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct sales presentations to generate and develop new business to meet sales goals defined by Sales Management Team. Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.Inform construction team about changes and selections. Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customersExplain technical product or service information to customersGather customer or product information to determine customer needSubmit contracts and other required forms with complete and accurate information in a timely manner.Review loan status with mortgage companies and report information at weekly team meetings.Schedule closing dates and times with all parties. Maintain the appearance of the model homes and signage in the area.Other duties as assigned by Management QUALIFICATIONS:Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of MS Office Products – Outlook, Word, and ExcelSalesforce experience a plusPrior experience in New Home SalesExcellent Communication skills
