If you're up for it, read on.Day to day, your role will include:Eloquently articulating our views on digital business philosophies, keeping clients up to date on industry contextActively establishing and growing senior-level client relationships based on trust, and leveraging these relationships in the development of business growthDeveloping cutting-edge, insight-driven integrated marketing programs, leveraging expertise across mediaDemonstrating strong corporate citizenship through involvement in company events, learning forums and other activities, serving as a member of the Digitas Boston Senior Leadership Team and Digitas Global NetworkMaintaining a strong understanding of changes in the client's industry and how customer needs are adapting, and developing relevant case studies on client businessesDelivering strategic client presentations and providing recommendations that are concise, insightful and on pointConnecting to broader agency intellectual capital and bringing best practices to client engagementsOwning client financials including forecasts, budgets and investments and facilitating all legal contractsDeveloping team members through training and identifying areas for growth you'll demonstrate openness to hiring non-traditional talent and build a team bench by actively recruiting a best-in-class workforceWillingness to travel as needed you're open to new places, new faces and new ideasWe're looking for a talented Senior VP/Group Account Director with impressive work experience, including:A demonstrated powerful passion for marketing and proven success in bringing the best work to lifeFour years of college education, an MBA degree and 15+ years of experience, including a strong, established history of interactive experience and client leadership in integrated marketing or a digital scopeMust have extensive B2B experience, specifically in the technology spaceA refined understanding of how marketing, creative, planning, media, technology and analytics integrateSuperior analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication and presentation skillsExtensive marketing knowledge across media, including Mobile and SocialAn impressive, demonstrated ability to effectively grow existing client relationshipsGot what it takes? This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
