PL SQL Developer

TurningPoint is seeking an experienced PL SQL Developer with relational database knowledge, responsible for end-to-end integrity, extraction, and strategic utilization of organizational data.Location: Onsite, Stamford, CTEmployment Type: 1099 ContractKey Impacts IncludeResponsibilities:Performs data collection, analysis, validation, and reportingDesigns, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes, and validates data components as required. Partners with various departments to gather formal reporting requirements, resolve complex data inquiries, and establish standardized processes that ensure data accuracy and operational efficiencyWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5-10 years of professional experience in a relevant field. Extensive experience with relational databases, query tools, and/or statistical softwareStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProven expertise in designing, testing, and documenting robust SQL queries and stored proceduresAbility to translate complex data structures into actionable, high-quality scheduled and ad hoc reports. Preferred Qualifications:Database & Cloud Platforms: Experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS S3ETL & Automation: Proven proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development using Alteryx, Python, and stored proceduresCore Technical Skills: Strong advanced SQL skills, database development, and data analysisAbout The CompanyReady to make your next career move?
