HR-Development Executive Admin & Project Manager

Job DescriptionThis role combines senior-level executive administrative support with hands-on project management within HR Development. The individual partners closely with leadership to manage day-to-day priorities while planning and executing key initiatives that support the Development function.This is a high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities – Executive SupportProvide direct support to senior HR Development leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordinationPrepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetingsManage communications, including drafting responses and handling confidential informationCoordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logisticsSupport leadership meetings, offsites, and eventsProject Management & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute HR Development projects from initiation through completionDevelop project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestonesPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and executionManage risks, issues, and dependenciesProvide regular project updates and reporting to leadershipProject ActivitiesSupport project budgeting activities, including tracking spend and resource allocationBuild and deliver polished presentations for senior leadershipTrack deliverables and follow up to ensure accountabilityMaintain project documentation and reporting dashboardsAssist with resource planning across initiativesQualifications & ExperienceExperience supporting senior leaders in an executive administrative capacityDemonstrated project management experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequired DemeanorPolished, professional, and mature presenceHigh level of discretion with confidential materialsStrong judgment and ability to operate independentlyProactive, reliable, and detail-orientedComfortable working with senior leadershipEducationBachelor's Degree preferredCore Skills RequiredProject Management / Program ExecutionStakeholder InfluenceCommunicationOperating in AmbiguityOrganization & PlanningAccountabilityTo thrive as a colleague at Citizens, candidates must demonstrate a strong customer-centric mindset, exhibit persistence and resilience in the face of challenges, and embrace continuous learning to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.Hours and Work Schedule: (4 days in office, 1 day remote)Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Location: Charlotte, NC or Johnston, RIPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $92,000-$127,000 per year.
