Corporate - Public Companies and Capital Marketss

We are seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of public company and capital market experience. Candidates should have experience in public company reporting compliance and governance and the day-to-day issues that arise for public companies, such as SEC compliance, disclosure, matters, governance and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Candidates should also have experience representing either issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, equity/debt offerings, private investment in public entities (PIPEs) and at-the-market offerings. Candidates with experience dealing with technology and/or life sciences companies are a plus.
