The ERM Compliance Clerk will manage the database and other information system duties specific to the environmental resources department needs and requirements. Collect and report all regulatory data from all farm locations. Ensure farm supervisors are staying in compliance by providing oral and or written feedback of all regulatory/compliance subjects. Check for correct information on new or replacement measuring devices. Organize data collection and identify any problems with data. Files regulatory correspondence paper and electronic. Collaborates with maintenance, grounds and environmental resources management team and other Seaboard entities. CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS IN ALL ROLES: instills trust, communicates effectively, action-oriented, ensures accountability, and drives results.RequiredQUALIFICATIONS Sufficient knowledge of Excel, Word and standard P.C. skills are required. PreferredAssociates degree from two-year college or technical school preferred or 1+ years’ clerical/administrative experience.
