User Migration Support Specialist (Microsoft 365) - ContractLocation: Malvern, PA (onsite) + travel to Horsham, PA; Cranbury, NJ; Rye, NYSchedule:* Daytime: Standard business hours* Evening role available: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST (remote)Duration: 18-week contract (potential extension)Start Date: Targeting May 1Hourly Pay: $33 - $37OverviewWe are supporting a large-scale enterprise migration of approximately 750 users to a new Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environment. This is a wave-based migration with a strong emphasis on end-user experience, white-glove support, and hypercare.We are seeking hands-on, customer-focused IT support professionals to assist with device setup, user migrations, and post-migration support.What You'll DoMigration Day Support & Hypercare (Primary Focus)Serve as a front-line support resource during user migration wavesAssist users with device setup, login, and validation stepsProvide in-person, remote, and ticket-based supportTroubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and authenticationDeliver a high-quality 'white glove' user experienceDevice Deployment & SetupPerform Windows 11 imaging, provisioning, and configurationSupport deployment tools such as Autopilot, SCCM, or equivalentDistribute and collect devices during migration eventsRemote/Field User Migrations (Fridays)Guide remote users through migration via scheduled 15-minute sessionsInitiate migrations, validate completion, and follow upTrack device returns and ensure user readinessEvening Migration Execution (1 Role)Execute migration scripts and checklists during off-hoursPerform validation, remediation, and documentationSupport overnight migrations (e.g., SharePoint, Teams data)Escalate issues as neededAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport shared asset reviews (mailboxes, SharePoint sites, file shares)Collaborate with migration teams and service deskMaintain accurate documentation and tracking
