Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. The assignment runs from early September 2026 through June 2027, working weekdays onsite with a consistent, full-time schedule.Qualifications:Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 teaching certification (must submit with application)Proven experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral disabilities, preferably in a center-based environmentStrong collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team of educators and specialistsBackground in adapting curriculum to meet individual education plans (IEPs)Passion for fostering resilience, self-regulation, and academic progress in young learnersResponsibilities:Plan and implement engaging instruction according to each student's IEP in a center-based EBD classroomCollaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growthMaintain accurate documentation, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetingsCreate a caring, structured classroom that supports both academic and emotional developmentDeliver targeted interventions and behavioral supports as neededEmbrace the opportunity to teach at a school where innovation and hands-on learning are central to the curriculum.
