HVAC Technician / Installer

We have ab immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer . Must be able to provide exceptional customer service, clean up after work is completed, and utilise field service software.Work Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday; overtime required as neededPay Scale: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience + Benefits.Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses based on Team goals.Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation & holidays, company vehicle, branded apparel, boot allowance, and company tools supplied.Qualifications:Ability to efficiently use software system to dispatch and accurately track job time, complete trip reports, complete invoices, and utilise pricebook and inventory modules.Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.Must have ability to modify ductwork, plenums, and sheet metal as required.Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systemsUnderstand and apply all codes for residential and commercialExceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systemsWorking knowledge of 3 phase voltage systemsAbility to test and balance systemsRequirements Must pass drug and background screensValid driver's license and insurable driving record3+ years of install experienceAvailability to work on an on call rotation for emergencies only.Moderate lifting required for HVAC equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal)Nate certification a plusTechnical degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory.Ability to travel regionally on a minimal basis.This is a remote position.Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
