Our recruiters are grown organically from within the business.What You’ll Be Doing: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with our Talent team and gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment process.Responsibilities include:Sourcing and engaging top early-career talent through LinkedIn and other platformsReviewing resumes and screening applicationsScheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managersSupporting candidate experience throughout the hiring processAssisting with onboarding and offer coordinationContributing to employer branding, campus recruitment, and DEI initiativesLearning how high-performing recruitment teams operate in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer: $18/hourHybrid flexibility every WednesdayFull-time, summer paid internshipHands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruitersExposure to end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment strategyFun, social, and collaborative office cultureOpportunity for future full-time employment based on performanceWho We’re Looking For:We’re looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who are excited by people, performance, and career growth.You might be a great fit if you are:A current student or recent graduateInterested in recruitment, sales, talent acquisition, or people-focused careersConfident communicating with new peopleCompetitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by progressionResilient with a strong work ethic and growth mindsetEnergetic, social, and excited to work in a fast-paced team environmentEager to learn and develop professionallyNo prior recruitment experience is required.
