Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, INC. is looking for Program Management SupportDescription:Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security in Program Management Support. The position is located in Springfield, VA. Position requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as needed.In the Program Management Support role, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Duties:Oversee subordinate technical and administrative leads to ensure coordinated execution of tasksConduct long-range planning across all aspects of program performanceManage responsibilities related to personnel security, financial oversight, and other delegated duties in support of the Lead Program ManagerReport to a manager or head of a unit/departmentWork independently and within collaborative teamsContribute to moderately complex aspects of programs and projectsDevelop and apply advanced concepts, tools, and processes to support program goalsPerform root cause analysis and develop technical solutions to identified problemsGuide and mentor junior-level personnel in their roles and responsibilitiesSeek guidance when addressing new, undefined, or unstructured challengesRequired Qualifications:Clearance: Active TS/SCI with willingness to undergo a polygraph.Education: Bachelor's degree Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Experience: 4–7 years in program/project management or government contract support. A Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.Necessary skills to work independently within skill levelExperience with the following:Scoping level-of-effort for tasks, and providing accurate cost and resource estimatesManaging resources, staffing, and costs supporting a Government contractDeveloping and delivering contract deliverablesFamiliarity with organizational security solutionsDesired Qualifications:Master's degree or higher in related technical or scientific fields such as Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related STEM degreeDemonstrated experience with the IC and Federal Agencies
