Dark Wolf is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an experienced System Administrator. The System Administrator will support the United States Space Force (USSF) by developing software in support of Space Systems Command (SSC) Defensive Cyber Operations rapid agile development of defensive cyber solutions to protect, defend, and respond to both ground and space based cyber adversarial threats. A successful candidate should be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Supports, designs, maintains and monitors internal and external networksImplementing and managing all systems, applications, security and network configurationsResolving network performance issues and establishes a disaster recovery planRecommending upgrades, patches and new applications and equipmentWork across various environments, such as RHEL, Windows, and cloud platforms, to deploy databases, Identity and Access Management solutions, redundancy, and recovery toolsDocumenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all enterprise efforts to ensure team continuity and consistencyEstablishing baseline IT operations and develop automation processes to enhance efficiency throughout the system's lifecycleQualifications:3 years of relevant experience 1-3 years of experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Experience performing root cause analysis and resolve faults and errors in applicationsExperience with virtualization as it applies to users environments, operating systems, and network appliances Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and data backup technologiesWorking knowledge communication security (COMSEC) policies and integrationWorking knowledge and current relevant experience with IL4 and above network environments/systems Must be familiar with DoD policy as it applies to implementing and executing system and network administrationBachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fieldCompliance with 8570 IAT I CertificationUS Citizenship and active Top Secret Security Clearance This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.
