Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site District Manager based in Portland, OR. The District Manager will oversee the operations of multiple locations within their assigned district, ensuring stores meet sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and operate efficiently. Responsibilities include hiring and training store teams, implementing company standards and policies, developing strategies to enhance operational performance, and managing inventory and merchandising. This role requires travel within the district and effective leadership to inspire teams to achieve results. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsProven experience with multi-store operations, sales strategy, and implementing company policiesKnowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and operational best practicesExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in retail or related fields; prior district or regional management a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and travel within the assigned districtProficiency in using operational and sales reporting toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field preferred
