This position is based in our Coral Gables office and offers meaningful exposure to real casework in a professional, international, and team-oriented environment.Our team regularly works with multinational clients, foreign nationals, embassies and consulates, and cross-border matters requiring strong communication, organization, and cultural awareness.About the RoleThis is an entry-level position designed for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in U.S. immigration law. We are looking for a candidate who is seeking stability and growth in this role over time.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. You will receive training, but self-management, clear communication, and initiative are essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare immigration forms, supporting documentation, evidence packets, and client-facing materialsCommunicate with clients in English and Spanish regarding case strategy, document collection, procedural updates, and filing requirementsConduct legal and procedural research related to USCIS, U.S. embassies and consulates, and National Visa Center (NVC) processesAssist with employment-based, investment-based, and extraordinary ability immigration matters involving international and high-profile clientsDraft correspondence, case summaries, support letters, and other immigration-related materials under attorney supervisionMaintain organized case files, monitor deadlines, and manage multiple active matters simultaneouslyReview documents and information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across filingsSupport attorneys and senior paralegals with case preparation, internal coordination, and workflow management within a multicultural and international team environmentRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree OR relevant professional experienceFully fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work full-time in person, Monday through FridayTech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, systems, and workflowsProactive, able to take initiative, and capable of working independently without constant supervisionInterest in long-term professional development in the legal fieldCompensation & BenefitsFull-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a paid lunch breakParking includedOpportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth within a collaborative international legal teamWhy Join UsAt Vivanco & Vivanco, you will be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, clarity, and growth.
