If you're ready to be part of a team that values care and commitment, let's explore this opportunity together.Responsibilities:Enhance our guests' experience by carrying out the following responsibilities:Serve and clear food and beverages promptly and efficientlyKeep assigned tables and work areas clean and organized throughout the shiftAssist with event setup according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptlyMaintain a friendly, welcoming, and approachable attitude with guestsSupport fellow team members and work collaboratively to ensure excellent guest servicePerform additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications:Essential Skills:High level of professionalismStrong communication skillsStrong teamwork skillsCustomer service oriented; ensures each guest has an excellent experienceMaintain a pleasant & positive attitudeEducation And Experience Required:At least one (1) year of banquet serving experience is preferredPOS Experience is preferredMust be at least 18 years of agePhysical Requirements:• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbout Company:The Eden Resort & Suites offers a collection of unique and upscale guest rooms and suites, unsurpassed on-site recreational facilities, and an exceptional staff ready to meet guests' needs.
