Job DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong experience in High value payments across 2 or more markets such as CHAPS/Target2/Lynx/RITS/CBPR+/CHATS/CHIPS/Fedwire Excellent knowledge of ISO20022 messaging and guidelines Experience in Payments Clearing and Settlement process Understanding of the E2E back office payments landscape across Core Banking, Accounting, Reconciliation, Sanctions Screening, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management etc. Experience in working in large scale projects with teams across multiple locations. Certification in Agile frameworks/SWIFT/Payments/Capital Markets JIRA, Automation test tools such as Selenium/Tricentis ToscaRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe require a skilled Software Quality Assurance Lead with excellent communication skills. Candidates should possess substantial domain expertise in Payments and have a comprehensive understanding oftest management processes. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team through all phases of the Application Testing Lifecycle, which includes collaborating effectively with development, business, and other application teams. Work closely with Business SMEs and Application Vendor teams to understand Business requirements for ongoing projects, upgrades and enhancements Develop Test Strategy to provide adequate test coverage for the agreed scope covering critical business functions and list test approach Develop Test Plan with test milestones such as Functional/Regression/Integration/E2E testing to ensure alignment with the Industry milestones/Program roadmap Work closely with Product Owner and other stakeholders for Sprint planning and execution in a fast paced Agile environment Oversee test execution and provide key Quality Assurance metrics to Program managers and highlight risks/issues/challenges proactively Manage and prioritize defects with Application development team/Vendors for fixes Provide guidance on Automation strategy for Functional/Regression/Integration testing.
