This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of the top employers in the market.Job Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance, engagement, and accountability across all shiftsOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control to meet customer SLAs and company KPIsDrive productivity and efficiency through labor planning, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policiesMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper system transactions within the WMSCollaborate cross-functionally with transportation, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client needsAnalyze performance metrics and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and service levels; implement corrective actions as neededTrain new hires and provide ongoing coaching to support skill development and career growthEnsure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scannersSupport a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, high-growth environmentJob Requirements:3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environmentStrong knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management processesExperience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technologyProven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on process improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionallyWorking knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentIf you're qualified and interested in this great opportunity, please apply now!
