Senior Accountant / Staff AccountantSalary: $60,000–$100,000 (based on level)Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• This Accounting role is with a small but globally connected manufacturing organization backed by a larger international parent company, giving you both stability and global exposure• You’ll join a tight-knit finance team where tenure is strong and employees are deeply embedded in the business, creating a stable and collaborative environment• The company operates as a “small company feel with large company capability,” supporting global customers across heavy industry and infrastructure markets• Strong exposure to international operations with reporting requirements tied to global leadership and parent company financial standards• This is a hands-on role with visibility to leadership, external auditors, and international stakeholders, making it highly impactful within a lean team• Stable organization with long-term employees, strong culture, and a reputation for being both demanding and rewarding in terms of performance expectations• Opportunity to grow within a globally integrated manufacturing environment with increasing system and ERP modernization underwayKey Responsibilities:• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting packages for both U.S. and international leadership• Support external audit processes and maintain SOX/internal control compliance documentation• Assist with annual budgeting process and financial forecasting activities• Support inventory accounting, annual inventory analysis, and cost-related reporting• Provide backup support for payroll and assist with cross-functional accounting tasks as needed• Work closely with international teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with parent company requirementsQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required• 0–5+ years of accounting experience depending on level (Staff or Senior)• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets• CPA preferred but not required
