Labs, Inc.Job Type: Full-Time Non-ExemptJob DescriptionThe Production Staff – Pack Out position is responsible for packaging finished units according to customer specifications, work orders, and approved work instructions. This includes preparing unit boxes, overpack boxes, and all required accessories to ensure products are shipped accurately, safely, and in compliance with company and customer requirements.Essential Duties and Responsibilities(The duties below are considered essential functions under the ADA.)Package individual units and multiple units (overpacks) neatly, securely, and correctly according to customer specifications and work instructions.Verify that all required accessories and documentation are included in the unit packaging.Perform final quality checks using approved materials, tools, and inspection guidelines.Maintain accuracy and quality standards at every step of the packaging process.Utilize the HSL ERP system (CORE) to complete daily tasks, record data, and verify work orders.Complete assigned tasks within established takt time to support efficient product flow.Follow all HSL policies and all OSHA safety rules, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications2 years of experience (or equivalent training) in electronic assembly, production, or manufacturing preferred .Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and ERP system entries.Manual dexterity and ability to manipulate tools and small components.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. routinely.Good vision (corrected or uncorrected) necessary for inspection and quality verification.Willingness to receive supervised on-the-job training.Must be able to maintain regular attendance.Required TrainingSafety TrainingOSHA/HSL Compliance TrainingWork Procedure TrainingJob-specific training as requiredWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in a manufacturing and production environment.Regular exposure to typical warehouse conditions such as noise, moving equipment, and handling small components.Requires repetitive hand motions, visual inspection, and standing or sitting for long periods.Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment and tolerate exposure to both hot and cold temperatures.Exposure to extreme heat / cold conditionsEmployment ClassificationThis job description is not intended to cover every activity, duty, or responsibility required of the employee.
