The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can oversee a large portfolio of projects, think beyond day‑to‑day tasks, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and customers.PM IMinimum of 3 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related experienceSmall-mid sized projectsPM IIMinimum 5 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related experienceMid to large sized projects, more complexity and higher-value projectsLeadership & mentor responsibilitiesGreater autonomyJob responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Project Leadership & ExecutionManages small to mid-sized projects with guidance and support from senior management.Manages 30–35 HVAC equipment projects concurrently with varying scope and dollar value, typically ranging from $1M to $3MOversees project execution from initiation to completionCoordinates with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project successManages project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standardsReports project status to stakeholders and recommends improvementsApplies an understanding of HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and construction workflows to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutionsMaintains consistent communication with internal and external teamsBuilds strong, professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and repeat businessEnters equipment orders, issues purchase orders, and ensures compliance with internal procurement processesReviews and approves vendor invoices; issues customer invoices; reconciles project financials to maintain profitabilityCompares estimated ship dates with contractor schedules and adjusts plans to maintain alignmentGenerates service work orders for equipment start-ups and service visitsParticipates in company-provided training and stays current on industry best practicesSupports a collaborative, high-performance team cultureEducation & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years of project management, HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related experienceFamiliarity with commercial HVAC equipment strongly preferredProficient in Microsoft and ability to adapt to CRM softwareStrong communication, collaboration, and customer service skillsFinancial literacy and comfort working with budgets, cost tracking, and project accountingAbility to work in a typical office environment with occasional job site visitsOpportunities for advancementEmployment practices will not be influenced or affected by an applicant's or employee's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status or any other legally protected status.
