Our leadership team is made up of passionate people who genuinely care about seniors and their growth — and yours!Server Responsibilities include: Serve resident meals in a timely and professional mannerReset and prepare tables for the next meal serviceServe room trays as neededMaintain community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organizationAdhere to food quality, presentation, and appearance standardsExhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiencySet tables and maintain workstations in proper orderTake orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer serviceClear dishes and assist with dishwashing as neededServe customers using proper etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphereEnsure diets are served correctly according to policy and procedureAt Echo Lake, we embrace a culture of hospitality.
