Find your future with us.The Boeing Company’s Compensation and Benefits Delivery organization is seeking an Experienced Compensation Operations Specialist to support the Equity and Compensation Senior Manager in Mesa, AZ or Tukwila, WA. This role will focus on the administration and operational execution of compensation and equity programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes while collaborating with various stakeholders.Position Responsibilities:Support the delivery of various equity and compensation plans, such as Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention programs, Annual Compensation cycle, and variable payAssist in managing supplier operations for equity record-keeping and administrationCoordinate the execution of compensation programs using internal HR systems (Workday) and collaborate with various stakeholdersPrepare and execute annual compensation reviews and performance corrections ensuring accurate employee statementsMaintain detailed operational documents, including business rules, plan provisions, and process mapsMonitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans to meet service standardsRespond to customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies or education on their Compensation and Equity programsOversee and optimize processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery and resource utilizationEnsure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers, ensuring the integrity of financial and data records for plan accounting and supplier payments, while consistently meeting service level agreementsPrepare and coordinate communications for quarterly enrollments and purchasesAssist in the audit processes and other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience with employee benefits and/or compensation3+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding3+ years of experience using Human Resources (HR) systemsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field3+ years of experience with WorkdayExperience using meticulous attention to detail to conduct audits and benefit calculationsExperience in a cross-functional teaming environment, guiding decision-making processesExperience making decisions and delivering inventive solutions to management on rapidly evolving and complex projects and deliverablesExperience with organizational integration and change management practicesConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
