QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Hi All, Client looking for Manufacturing and Automotive. Incoming Inspections Monitor and continuously improve the incoming SPC (Statistical Process Control) Review and suggest a revision (if needed) of incoming inspection standards Conduct inspection and cause analysis regarding the raw material quality non-conforming issues Plan the corrective action for non-conformity issue Control of nonconforming product (marks identifier label, demand right of indemnity, and request rework) Review and verify supplier-suggested solutions and corrective action plans for the raw material quality non-conforming issues Equipment Management Regularly check and monitor the inspection equipment and conduct a calibration based on the equipment management standards Place an order for the purchase of new inspection equipment Responsible for the re[air and maintenance of the inspection equipment Quality Budget Management Manage the operation/investment budgets regarding IQC/SQM Other Tasks Assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to commute/relocate: Commerce, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
