Summary
As a full-stack Software Engineer at AVTECH Software, you will be a key player on a tightly knit, dedicated engineering team responsible for designing, building and deploying Room Alert environment monitoring solutions. With your skill in software development, you will play an integral role in developing and maintaining cloud services, mobile apps, and desktop applications across a broad range of technologies. Responsibilities
Implement and test reliable, maintainable software components across the full
stack while navigating a wide range of technologies.
Work closely with product owners, quality assurance technicians, and other engineers to understand requirements, clarify scope, and identify technical risks.
Actively contribute to technical design discussions, helping to break down large projects into actionable, well-defined engineering tasks and estimates.
Proactively learn and grow expertise in the technologies, patterns, and frameworks used across the company’s software ecosystem.
Performance Metrics & KPI’s

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
Proficient in a traditional object-oriented programming language (Java, C++, C#, etc.)
Familiar with client-side web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CCS)
Knowledgeable in software design principles and design patterns
Proficient in relational database design and query construction
Excellent communication skills in a team environment and an ability to clearly relay technical concepts to others
Beneficial Skills
Experience with the following technologies: Docker, PHP, React, React Native, Node JS, Python
Experience building mobile apps
Experience with AWS: EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, SQS, RDS, S3, ElastiCache

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
