Mid-Level Software Engineer

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED Summary As a full-stack Software Engineer at AVTECH Software, you will be a key player on a tightly knit, dedicated engineering team responsible for designing, building and deploying Room Alert environment monitoring solutions. With your skill in software development, you will play an integral role in developing and maintaining cloud services, mobile apps, and desktop applications across a broad range of technologies. Responsibilities Implement and test reliable, maintainable software components across the full stack while navigating a wide range of technologies. Work closely with product owners, quality assurance technicians, and other engineers to understand requirements, clarify scope, and identify technical risks. Actively contribute to technical design discussions, helping to break down large projects into actionable, well-defined engineering tasks and estimates. Proactively learn and grow expertise in the technologies, patterns, and frameworks used across the company’s software ecosystem.
