At Resonetics, you'll be part of something bigger—helping shape the future of medical device manufacturing.Position Summary The Production Technician will perform all aspects of the nitinol sheet production process with a high level of quality, precision, and consistency. This role places strong emphasis on programming, setup, and operation of CNC Water Jet and Fanuc Wire EDM equipment. Once foundational skills are established, technicians will be cross-trained in advanced responsibilities, including material review and release to the shop floor.Key Responsibilities Read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructionsPerform routine equipment maintenance, including minor repairs and modificationsCoordinate with maintenance, engineering, quality, and lab teams as neededOperate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including: CNC Wire EDMCNC Water JetSurface grinderHot pressHot and cold rolling millsShear and cutoff sawBelt sanderAnnealing ovenParts washer(Preferred) Acid etching equipmentOperate multiple machines simultaneously once fully trainedPerform full sheet manufacturing processes, including: Hot and cold rollingWaterjet cutting and EDM operationsShear cutting and surface grindingCleaning, tapering, annealing, and hot press annealingAcid etching (if trained)Final cleaning, inspection, and shipping preparationMeasure sheets using precision measuring equipmentAccurately track material lots and complete all required documentationSelf-inspect work and make adjustments to meet customer specificationsSafely handle hazardous materials and wasteFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 year of experience using digital calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresStrong shop math skills, including: Fraction/decimal conversionMetric/imperial conversionWorking with measurements up to five decimal placesUnderstanding thousandths, hundredths, and tenths of an inchAbility to lift at least 30 lbs independentlyPreferred Qualifications 1+ year of CNC programming experience (G-code, 2D CAD/CAM preferred)Experience programming, setting up, and/or operating: CNC Wire EDMCNC Water JetCNC Laser CuttersSurface Grinders1+ year of professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordForklift certification (or ability to become certified)3+ years of manufacturing experienceFlexibility to work any shiftAbility to oversee and assist other operators as neededPhysical & Training Requirements Initial and annual hazardous waste training required (provided by Resonetics)Ability to safely handle hazardous materialsAbility to lift at least 30 lbs independentlyCompensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $26.00–$28.00/hour, based on experience and qualificationsOpportunities for skill development, cross-training, and career growthStable, growing company in the medical device industryWork Authorization Resonetics is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
