You'll play a critical role in translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, elegant workflows that feel natural and valuable to enterprise users.This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, design craft, and technical collaboration. You'll take ideas from early concepts through execution, helping ensure Thorin's product is not only powerful under the hood, but clear, usable, and delightful on the surface.What You'll DoDesign intuitive, end-to-end product experiences that translate complex AI capabilities into clear, usable workflows.Partner closely with product and engineering to shape features from early concept through launch.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore ideas and guide implementation.Gather and synthesize user feedback to iterate quickly and improve core experiences.Help evolve Thorin's design system and uphold a high bar for design quality.What You'll Bring4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent), ideally in SaaS or enterprise products.Experience designing AI-powered products.Familiarity with enterprise workflows, productivity tools, or developer-facing products.Strong product thinking - you can connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Excellent visual, interaction, and UX design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership.Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product in fast-moving teams.Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping problems from scratch in a 0→1 environment.About the Team & Why ThorinBe among the first research hires and shape foundational AI direction.Work closely with a small, highly driven founding team, design partners, and directly with Joe Lonsdale, who remains deeply involved in product vision, strategy, and hiringOperate with high agency, rapid iteration, and direct customer exposure from day oneHelp define how a category-defining AI company goes to market from first principlesBuild with the backing of one of the strongest early-stage venture platforms in the industry
