Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a cook. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and support the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes following the restaurants recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
Ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in inventory management by helping to receive and store deliveries efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support kitchen operations.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
A keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification:
Food Handlers certification required, or ability to obtain one if hired.
Ability to acquire Arizona Food Managers certification if hired.
We are closed Sunday and Monday.
