Transformation Manager

Duration: 6–12 Months (Contract)Location: Chicago, Illinois (Remote)Role OverviewLead and support a large‑scale strategic transformation within the company’s Mobility & Convenience (M&C) retail business. This role focuses on developing strategy, driving execution across multiple workstreams, and partnering with senior stakeholders to improve business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the strategic roadmap for the company’s retail transformationPartner with cross‑functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and align executionDrive delivery of transformation initiatives using structured project managementTrack progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics across workstreamsPrepare executive‑ready materials and present updates to senior stakeholdersRequired Experience10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or project leadershipExperience supporting or leading enterprise‑level transformation programsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong financial analysis, KPI development, and business‑case evaluation skillsExcellent executive‑level communication and presentation capabilitiesEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)Exposure to energy, downstream retail, or convenience operationsUnderstanding of retail transformation, mobility trends, or network optimizationExperience with Tools: PowerPoint (expert storytelling); Excel (financial modeling & analysis); Project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana); Power BI or similar
