Job Description Family Medicine Physician OpportunityOur organization is actively looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our Urgent Care Center in North Dakota, driven by the area's growth. This role offers the chance to be a valued clinician while making a significant impact on the lives of patients.Position Highlights:Full-time commitment involves 40 hours of patient interaction each week.Average daily patient volume ranges from 20 to 25 individuals.Flexible shift options available: choose from 6, 10, or 12-hour shifts.Weekend and holiday shifts are limited to 4 hours.Collaborative team consisting of 4 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.Providers will address a variety of chronic and acute conditions, including URIs, UTIs, lacerations, DVTs, lesions, environmental exposures, heart attacks, strokes, hypertension, and diabetes.Opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, from newborns to centenarians.Onsite lab and x-ray facilities, along with advanced imaging options such as CT, MRI, and ultrasound.Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is mandatory.Attractive compensation and comprehensive benefits package offered.Community and Location Overview:Located in central North Dakota, approximately 3 hours from Fargo.The community has a population of around 75,000 residents.Recognized by Forbes magazine as the seventh fastest-growing small city in the United States.Situated along the eastern bank of the Missouri River, this safe and family-oriented city features a vibrant downtown, excellent schools, and a variety of community events.
