Intern will work closely with the company founders in the midtown office and get exposure to all aspects of the company.Responsibilities will include research and photography of real estate properties, client support, showing apartments, social media, and marketing. Intern will be required to study for and pass a real estate license exam (online course) at the start of the internship.Excellent opportunity for students interested in real estate, brokerage, or entrepreneurship.QUALIFICATIONSOutgoing personality with a desire to learnTech savvy / comfortable with electronicsComfortable with talking to clients and showing apartments (training provided)Must be willing to study for and successfully pass real estate license courseCOMPENSATIONIntern will be paid a daily stipend and a bonus based on performance.APPLICATION
