In addition to traditional relationship-based sales, this position participates in an emergency/on-call lead rotation, creating additional earning opportunities when urgent commercial losses occur after hours, nights, or weekends.If you’re motivated by performance-based pay and thrive in fast-moving situations, this role delivers.What You’ll DoDevelop and manage relationships with commercial clients including: Property management groups, hospitality, healthcare, education, and senior living facilitiesGenerate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach Responsible for all aspects of client relationships and sales cycle including: sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management and support as needed.
