AML Analyst (SAR required*)

Job Description • Assist with AML Review/investigations of account activity• Document and report the review/investigation findings and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation• Assist with disposing cases according to agree upon business Service Level Agreements (SLAs)• Follow-up with additional point(s) of contact as needed to identify additional information in support of the case• Reviewing investigative history including SAR filings to disposition account closure recommendations• Draft written recommendations for relationship closure where appropriate• Communicate with senior management on compliance, legal and business AML issues• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Company DescriptionAbout BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
