Senior Financial Analyst
FULLY REMOTE! Job Description We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support enterprise-wide forecasting, cost allocation, payroll management, and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for G&A forecasting across all departments, ownership of payroll planning and accruals, capital project tracking, and ongoing forecast refreshes. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & FP&AOwn forecasting and budgeting for all G&A departmental costsPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast refreshes, incorporating actuals, trends, and business updatesPartner with department leaders to understand cost drivers, headcount changes, and future spendAnalyze variances between actuals vs. forecast vs. budget and clearly explain driversPayroll & Cost AllocationManage payroll forecasting and cost allocation across all departmentsEnsure payroll expenses are accurately reflected in forecasts and financial modelsPrepare and review payroll-related accruals, bonuses, and adjustmentsCollaborate with HR and Payroll teams to validate headcount, compensation changes, and timing Accounting Support & Accruals Prepare and review monthly accruals related to payroll, G&A expenses, and capital projectsSupport month-end close by ensuring accurate expense recognitionPartner with Accounting to resolve variances and ensure data integrity Capital Projects Track and forecast capital projects (CapEx), including timing and spend accuracyMonitor capitalization vs. expense treatment and ensure proper forecastingSupport long-range planning related to capital investments Systems & Reporting Utilize Oracle ERP for financial data, payroll inputs, and reportingUse Hyperion as the primary reporting and forecasting toolBuild and maintain Excel-based financial models, templates, and analysis toolsSupport ad hoc reporting requests and management presentations Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate has strong experience working in Oracle ERP environments, uses Hyperion as a reporting and planning tool, and is highly proficient in Excel. Prior experience coming from a similar complex, multi-department organization is highly preferred.MUST HAVE current or prior EXPERIENCE working as a Financial Analyst5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Corporate FinanceStrong hands-on experience with Oracle ERPProven experience using Hyperion for reporting and forecastingAdvanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)Experience with G&A cost forecasting across multiple departmentsSolid understanding of payroll forecasting, accruals, and cost allocationExperience working with capital projects / CapEx forecasting Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hollywood, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
