Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: Shift: 10H Days Total Weekly Hours: 40 Certifications: BLS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Position / Specialty: CVOR RN Years of experience required: 2 First timers accepted: Yes, if they have Level I Trauma experience Certifications required: BLS Licensure: Must have IN, compact, or IN temp in hand prior to start Travel Experience Required: Yes Skills: CVOR, ECMO, Heart, Lung, Aortic Aneurysm repair Special Requirements: Heart & lung transplants, aortic dissections, ECMO. Screen if no previous Level I Trauma experience. Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred Charting System Experience: Preferred Charting System Name: Cerner Travelers University: Must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. Local Radius: IN residents are considered local Local Rules: Eligible local travelers will be offered the in-state rate at lower BR Floating: Required to other OR specialties; 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby Call Required: Approximately 100 hrs/6 wks. 1 call weekend per 6 weeks (Friday evening to Monday morning) RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. Licenses: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. References: 2 supervisor references required Background Policy: Noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer Consecutive Contract Policy: Current or past IU travelers who have accrued 12 months of travel employment anywhere within IU Health are required to take a designated break to reset travel eligibility effective 2/24/26.
