Shift Description: guaranteed 8-hour days, schedule may varyNBCRNA - REQUIREDActive IA license - REQUIREDBLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIREDCOVID vaccine - REQUIREDLocal/within driving distance - REQUIREDOngoing sporadic coverage for PTO coverageWill have cataract patients.guaranteed 8 hour days, schedule may varyNO CALL - all surgeries are sEMR: EPIC - providers will have to take 4-5 hour class which will be compensatedWill need to work independently, but provider or surgeon will be present alsoAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: Cataracts 11 to 15. other procedures maybe 3 to 4No pain management casesTrauma level 4Description of OR Staff: we have surgical tech and RNs, along with providers and surgeonsNumber of Operating Rooms: 2 OR running with surgical techs, RNs and other CRNAs.1 surgeon does Total hips and knees. 1 surgeon that does scopes. 1 surgeon that does Cataracts. 1 surgeon that does scopes and other minor surgeries.Training and experience required - no new gradsRequired cases: general surgery adult, general surgery pediatric, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, local infiltration, spinal only for total knees. Usually have cataracts and colonoscopies, EGDs along with procedures, carpal tunnel, etc.Credentialing timeframe: 1 month or less
