Role Description This is a hybrid role as an Independent Insurance Agent located in Murfreesboro, TN, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The role involves identifying and meeting clients' insurance needs through personalized recommendations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, handling insurance sales, and providing comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring outstanding customer service, managing client accounts, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance BrokerageBackground in Finance and understanding of risk management conceptsStrong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approachAbility to build relationships and maintain long-term clientsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team settingRelevant insurance licensure or ability to acquire required licensesFamiliarity with insurance industry software and tools is a plus
