The Office Maintenance/Custodian is responsible for upholding the safety and appearance of the physical office spaces across multiple QSAC facilities.The salary range for this position is $18.00 an hour.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Building MaintenanceAdhere to building/maintenance/codes to ensure health, safety & welfare of facilities, individual and employeesMaintain cleanliness throughout facilities, completing assigned checklists that include daily, weekly, and monthly detailMaintain adequate inventory of supplies and use responsiblyDemonstrate safety and care of equipment and supplies to protect from damage and theftDriving to multiple QSAC locations is requiredComplete projects including moving furniture, deliveries, painting, plastering, etc. in an efficient and timely mannerPolicies & CommunicationUtilize troubleshooting skills to determine best way to fix problems and communicate delays or emergency reassignments to supervisorRespond promptly to program needs throughout facilityIdentify problems in the facility and inform supervisor as soon as they are discoveredWork independently in the building, staying focused on assigned tasks and prioritiesPrioritize work to complete time sensitive issues firstReport to work for snow removal as neededThis position may require driving to other QSAC locations. Qualifications & Work ExperienceHigh school diploma/GED, preferredMust have 1-2 years' general maintenance and facility cleaning skillsMust have valid Driver's License and excellent driving historyRequired travel to multiple QSAC locationsRequires the ability to read, write and communicate & speak effectively with others [English is required]Attendance and punctuality is essentialCommitment to company values and adherence to policies This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
