As part of this effort, we're looking for a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Lead who can step in quickly, assess the landscape, and drive high‐quality change and communications work.If you're a consultant who thrives in fast‐moving environments, knows how to influence senior stakeholders, and can turn complex change into clear, actionable messaging, this role will feel like home.In this role, you will:Stakeholder Impact AssessmentMap key stakeholders and understand where change will hit hardestAssess readiness, identify resistance, and translate insights into practical mitigation strategiesBuild clear, role‐specific impact summaries leaders can act onCommunications & Engagement PlanningDevelop a structured engagement plan with defined audiences, messages, and channelsSet a consistent cadence for updates, feedback loops, and leadership alignmentEnsure engagement activities stay tightly connected to the program timelineCommunications DevelopmentCraft targeted messaging for different stakeholder groupsBuild templates for executive updates, FAQs, program briefs, and talking pointsCreate change‐readiness materials that support adoption and long‐termWho You Are:10+ years of OCM and Communications experience, ideally within consultingStrong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levelsExcellent storytelling, facilitation, and stakeholder‐management skillsExperience supporting large‐scale transformation or GTM‐related initiativesSomeone who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver polished outputs quicklyTotal Rewards:We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
