Our workplace culture is rooted in family values, hands-on problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives continuous improvement.Job SummaryWe're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who has the technical formal training and natural talent to troubleshoot issues that arise on our printing and thermoforming - related equipment and plant facility. We place a high level of trust in this role because it is the only Maintenance department representative on duty for our 2nd and 3rd shifts for emergency repairs, ongoing preventative maintenance and support of continuous improvement initiatives. Training on our primary production machines will be provided on a day shift, before being moved to this 2nd shift role with hours of 2:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.What Success Looks LikeSafely Performs work on manual, semi, and fully automatic machines.Safely Performs work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentDiagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them through various troubleshooting methods. For trouble shooting and research uses blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.Does routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.Documents all work performed using E-Maintenance software and email.Will startup, cycle, and shut down safely all facility tools and equipment maintained by the maintenance Dept.Performs Lock out Tag out.Etc., etc.Perform tasks in excess of 30 feet occasionally.What We OfferSmall company environment with room to growWork - life balance with reasonable workweeksPaid vacationPaid holidaysVarious insurances, including health, dental, vision, life and disability plans401(k) with company matchRequired Education and ExperienceAssociates Degree or Technical School and/or Electrical Certification1 to 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
