Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements. Build solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and security settings. Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with external applications. Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management. Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers in an Agile environment.

Required Skills: Strong experience with Salesforce development and customization. Proficiency in Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience with Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and validation rules. Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. Experience with Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules. Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II is a plus. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Familiarity with Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
