Urgent Care Physician

Overview:We are seeking a Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physician to provide full-time coverage in Illinois. The clinic provides a steady patient flow and a collaborative environment with experienced support staff.Responsibilities:Full-time, Monday through ThursdayMix of 10a-10p or 6a-6p, typically 4 shifts in a rowProvide urgent care to walk-in patients (average 60-70 patients per day)Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of acute conditions including minor orthopedic injuries, lacerations, foreign body removal, cough, sore throat, UTIs, STD testing, flu, rashes, and morePerform procedures such as splinting and suturingWork independently during shifts, with some overlap with NPsAdults: 60% Pediatrics: 40%EMR: EpicRequirements:Board Certified or Board EligibleActive Illinois medical license requiredDEA registration requiredCSR license requiredMinimum 1 year of clinical experienceCertifications: ATLS, PALSIf interested, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.
