The Senior Welder and Fabricator will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding, to construct and repair equipment and components. The role involves working with various materials to fabricate custom projects, interpreting technical drawings, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. The incumbent will collaborate with the production team to meet project specifications and deadlines.QualificationsProficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniquesComprehensive knowledge and experience working with a variety of materials, including metalsAbility to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail, quality control, and safety regulationsProven problem-solving skills and ability to work with a team as well as independentlyExperience in the fabrication of agricultural or industrial equipment is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications or technical trade school experience is preferredStrong communication and organizational abilities
