Bartender – Downtown Green Bay

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable bartender to join our team at a locally owned bar in downtown Green Bay. If you enjoy a fast-paced but laid-back environment, taking care of regulars, and working evenings, this could be a great fit. Pay $8–$12 per hour (based on experience) Plus tips Schedule Weekday shifts: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday) Weekend Shifts: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Saturday) Optional Sunday brunch shifts available Consistent hours with flexibility for the right candidate Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to guests at the bar Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain a clean and organized bar area Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Restock bar supplies as needed Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines What We’re Looking For Previous bartending or bar experience preferred, but not required Friendly, dependable, and able to work independently Comfortable in a busy bar environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Weekend availabilty Why Work With Us Steady weekday hours Laid-back neighborhood bar vibe Supportive team and regular customers Opportunity to pick up extra shifts during brunch and events Interested applicants can apply with a brief introduction and availability.
