We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist who is ready to bring their skills and compassion to our facility. \n\nJob Highlights:\n- Travel Requirement: Must be flexible with schedule; minimum of every other weekend commitment.\n- Support Needed: Be prepared to provide assistance in the nursery and ER as required.\n \nQualifications:\n- Minimum of 2-3 years of RT experience.\n- At least 2 years of experience with NRP certification.\n- Experience with neonatal/pediatric populations preferred.\n- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable.\n- NY license required at time of submission.\n\nWork Environment:\n- Total Facility Beds: 341\n- Unit Name: Respiratory Therapy\n- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (630-1900 / 1830-0700).\n- Rotation schedule based on department needs; self-scheduling is not available.\n- Weekend requirements are every other weekend.\n\nAdditional Information:\n- Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable transportation is essential.\n- Preferred vehicle: equipped with all-season or snow tires during November to April.\n \nDress Code:\n- Scrubs: Black or Ceil Blue.\n- Shoes: Closed, non-skid.\n- Jewelry: Minimal, follow hospital dress code policy.\n- Hair and Beard: Must be groomed; no beard for N95 mask readiness.\n\nPatient Population:\n- Age Range: Neonate-Adult (0-100+ years).\n- Special Equipment Includes: Puritan Bennett 980 & 840, LTV1200 Respiratory devices.\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
