Conduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, and employee listening research. Support analysis of open-ended survey comments using qualitative and AI-assisted methods. Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-ready presentations. Translate analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations using a storytelling mindset. Support survey design, measurement development, and employee listening projects.What You'll Need Experience analyzing survey data and working with large datasets. Advanced Excel skills and experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics. Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools. Experience with R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software. Strong written communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
